Today GOP chairmain Michael Steele unveiled a "Republican Bill of Rights for Seniors."  In comments to the Washington Post regarding the proposed health care llegislation, Steele argued that, ""Under the Democrats' plan, senior citizens will pay a steeper price and will have their treatment options reduced or rationed."
